The West Hollywood
The West Hollywood is our West Coast riff on the classic Manhattan. This simple recipe replaces the standard rye or bourbon with our spicy-smoky Black Denim Bourbon—and transports us back to the 1980s Sunset Strip era when hair metal bands reigned supreme and the aroma of clove cigarettes filled the clubs.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Black Denim Bourbon
- 1 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir and serve in coupe glass (or over ice)
- Garnish with orange twist
