The Solar Energy

As it's name implies, the Solar Energy cocktail was created with the beach (or pool) in mind. The refreshing zing of our Orange Ginger Rum infusion mixed with Aperol, fresh OJ and an energy drink topper will bring any sun-soaked body back to life and keep you coming back for more.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Orange Ginger Rum
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed orange juice (juice from 1/2 orange)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Shake and serve over ice in Collins glass
  • Top with 1 oz Hi-Ball Blood Orange Energy Drink (or similar)
  • Garnish with orange twist
