Earl Goose Martini

INGREDIENTS

• 2oz Earl Goose Infused Vodka
• 1/2oz Sweet Vermouth
• 3/4oz lemon juice
• 1/2 simple syrup (or agave)
• 1 egg white

INSTRUCTIONS

• Add all ingredients to shaker (no ice) and shake vigorously for 30 seconds
• Then, add ice and shake for 15 seconds
• Strain and serve in martini/coupe glass
• Garnish with lemon peel
