Constructive Summer

Constructive Summer, named after the Hold Steady song of the same title, was developed by one of our superfans (@lagoonlane) who has been madly experimenting with Alkemista. This recipe captures the free-spirited feeling of good music, close friends and the breathtaking beach sunsets during the last days of summer. But the blackberry-infused tequila and citrus undertones in this cocktail will help you stay positive long after the summer is over.

• 1.5oz blackberry-infused blanco tequila (recipe below)
• 1oz creme de pamplemousse (Giffard)
• .25oz maraschino liqueur (Luxardo)
• .5oz fresh lime juice

• Shake and strain into ice-filled rocks glass
• Garnish with grapefruit peel

INFUSION: BLACKBERRY TEQUILA

• Add 6oz (apporx 10) organic blackberries to Alkemista filter
• Add 750ml premium blanco tequila
• Infuse for 7 days (agitate daily)
