The sweet, tropical taste of coconut marries well with the earthy-smokiness of gunpowder green tea in this simple infusion. We recommend using a well-aged, blended Scotch in this recipe like Dewar's 12 year, which is modestly priced and readily accessible.
INGREDIENTS
- 10g unsweetened coconut (or fresh coconut if available)
- 10g gunpowder green tea
- 750ml blended Scotch whisky
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to Alkemista filter
- Add Scotch
- Infuse for 3-6 hours (based on desired flavor intensity)
